General Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Application of the GTC

The present General Conditions govern the sale of the products found on the commercial site of clotdeloum.com. We invite the customers to read them before validating their order.

Any possible modification of the GTC will apply only to orders placed after this modification, the date appearing on the notice of reception of the order addressed to the purchaser being taken as proof.

 

Article 2 : Prices

The sale prices are those indicated on the site at the time of the order. The electronic catalog is regularly updated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time depending on promotions.

The order must be composed of a minimum of 1 bottle. The prices are in euros and include French VAT. The contribution to shipping costs is calculated as follows: 

- Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, United Kingdom, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden: 2 € / bottle for a home delivery and 1.20 € for a delivery in a relay point

- Metropolitan France (except Corsica): 1.50 €/bottle for home delivery and 1 €/bottle for delivery to a relay point

For all orders over 200 €, shipping is free

 

Article 3 : Stages of the order

The order supposes the prior knowledge by the customer of the present conditions, the price and the main characteristics of the chosen wines.

The order is taken through the store and the "Cart" (dematerialized order form) accessible online on the site.

The buyer communicates the requested information, necessary for the achievement of the order. The buyer takes care on this occasion not to omit any information essential to the proper execution of the delivery.

The buyer accepts the order by clicking on "validate" after having chosen the methods of payment and entered the information requested to allow it in the areas provided for this purpose.

Its acceptance is then final, subject only to the possible exercise of its right of withdrawal described below.

Article 4 : Payment

Any order is considered as firm and final upon receipt of payment and confirmation by our services

Means of payment: By credit card, in euro (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) by indicating in the area provided for this purpose (secure online payment via Stripe) the number of your card, without spaces between the digits, as well as its date of validity and the three-digit security number on the back of your card. The buyer can also use its Paypal account if available. 

The banking information is encrypted and impossible to decode. clotdeloum.com does not have access to your credit card information, only the e-mail acknowledging the good execution of your payment reaches us.

Article 5 : Transfer of property

Clot de l'Oum (66720 Belesta) reserves the property of the sold goods until reception of the integral payment.

Article 6 : Delivery

The order specifies the place of delivery.

Any modification of this place after validation of the order will have to be indicated by the purchaser to the seller, in due time and in any case before the assumption of responsibility of the order by the carrier.

Article 7 : Right of withdrawal 

A right of withdrawal is offered to the buyer under Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code.

Upon receipt of the order, the buyer has a period of 14 days to return the product and request a refund.

The damaged products after delivery will not be taken back.

The buyer who uses this option will have the obligation to proceed, under its responsibility and at its expense to the return of the ordered goods.

Warning: high transport costs

The refund of the buyer will take place within 30 days after the return of the order.
